Shaun Constable is back on NFP! We find out about life at Flint Football in the 4th tier of the Norwegian pyramid. Hear about the project in place and the ambitions of Flint. What sort of level, standard and tactics do we have here? Shaun and Steve discuss the improvements in the Norwegian and Swedish coefficient, the important of cup competitions and national team level. Should referees allow a more physical game and find out why Shaun thinks it could be limiting the development of younger players.
